Aristocraft Kitchens & Bedrooms was named as the Independent Kitchen Retailer of the Year on Thursday 16th July at the Bathroom & Kitchen Update (BKU) Awards, 2020.

Aristocraft Kitchens & Bedrooms was named as the Independent Kitchen Retailer of the Year on Thursday 16th July at the Bathroom & Kitchen Update (BKU) Awards, 2020.

The BKU Awards are designed to recognise the best talent, retailers and brands in the industry. Originally planned to take place at a glittering ceremony in the Grosvenor House Hotel, London, the current coronavirus restrictions meant the awards were instead moved to an online stream, hosted by Alan Dedicoat, the National Lottery’s Voice of the Balls.

Aristocraft Kitchens & Bedrooms was shortlisted as a finalist in two of the BKU Awards’ kitchen-based categories; Kitchen Showroom of the Year, and Independent Kitchen Retailer of the Year, going on to be announced the winner of the latter.

“We’re delighted to be announced the Kitchen Retailer of the Year, 2020” says Glyn Davies, Managing Director of Aristocraft Kitchens &Bedrooms. “The past few months have been a strange and tense time for a lot of people and businesses so to win such a prestigious award in the midst of everything is the recognition that our team at Aristocraft deserve”.

The award was Aristocraft’s second big win of the year following the kitchen and bedroom retailer’s Design Director, Caroline Davies, being announced the Designer of the Year at the KBSA Awards, 2020, earlier in March.
